Job Description :
  • Instructional Design & Development: Execute the ADDIE process (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) for various programs, including:
    • Performance Development Programs (PDP): Focused on business process excellence.
    • Competency Development Programs (CDP): Focused on organizational competency needs.
    • Leadership Development (ALDP): Focused on talent/successor pipelines.
    • Digital Transformation: Manage and monitor the implementation of Mandatory TAM learning through the Dealer Learning Management System (LMS) and oversee instructor development for digital-based learning.
  • Culture Internalization: Design and implement internal programs for the "INCREDIBLE" core values for all employees.
  • External Partnership & TTEP Management: Monitor and manage cooperation programs with educational institutions (TTEP), including manpower coordination of instructors and quality standard monitoring.
  • Knowledge Management: Implement and integrate knowledge management systems within the Learning & Development ecosystem.
  • Principal Liaison: Coordinate and design selection/development programs for regional and national contestants as mandated by the principal (TAM).

Candidate Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Psychology, or a related field. Preferably certified in Training & Development or related instructional design.
  • Experience:
    • A solid and rich 3-5 years of training and employee development management experience, within the scope of L&D or T&D.
    • Spent the last 2 years in a leadership or supervisor role overseeing and implementing the Training Lifecycle.
    • Experience in a Human Resources consultant industry is highly prioritized.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Hands-on Training Lifecycle expertise, encompassing the analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs to maximize training effectiveness.
    • Direct experience in designing, developing, and executing Soft Skills programs and Leadership Development Program.
    • Mastery of the ADDIE business process (Analysis, Design, Delivery, Implementation, Evaluation).
    • Strong understanding of Competency Management and TNA (Training Needs Analysis).
    • Proficiency in Project Management and People Management (managing instructors).
    • Familiarity with Knowledge Management systems.
  • Tools: Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Language: Professional level of English when needed.

    • Strong Character: A high degree of confidence and professional maturity, and the ability to work under minimum supervision.
    • Integrity: High ethical standards, consistent with the values of a long-standing organization.
  • Mobility: Flexible and adaptable (not rigid or reluctant), and willing to travel domestically for business trips.
