Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations & Workforce Stability
    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle programs, and workforce database.
    • Reduce turnover across plant and commercial workforce and support manpower planning.
    • Monitor workforce discipline, attendance, morale, and basic labor administration.
  • Performance Management & KPI Execution
    • Design and execute performance-management frameworks (KPIs, evaluation, feedback loops).
    • Support the Director in enforcing accountability for low performance and absenteeism.
    • Manage follow-ups on employee performance records and improvement programs.
  • Industrial Relations & Legal Compliance
    • Handle employee agreements, IR documentation, and internal regulations.
    • Support legal processes related to labor compliance and employee disputes.
    • Ensure company policies comply with national labor law and BPJS obligations.
  • Compensation, Benefits & Retention Programs
    • Support design of compensation structures and benefit schemes for retention.
    • Oversee payroll calculations and accuracy (with Finance support for attendance inputs).
    • Review market benchmarks in coordination with the Director.
  • General Affairs Management
    • Oversee office/facility supplies, vendor support, maintenance support, and GA staff.
    • Coordinate operational support for plant services and daily work activities.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as HR advisor to the Director and collaborate closely with Finance/Production.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • Experience: 
    • Over 5 years of solid experience in HR, with exposure to FMCG or Retail workforce environments.
    • Spent the last 3 years in managerial or leadership level.
    • Expert in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Industrial Relationship, Com & Ben, Employee Lifecycle Management.
  • Technical & Professional Competencies:
    • Talent acquisition and manpower planning.
    • HR operations & employee-lifecycle management.
    • Performance management system (KPI, assessment, improvement).
    • Industrial relations and legal agreements.
    • Comp & Ben design and payroll understanding.
    • Supervising a General Affairs support team.
  • Language: English (fluency in spoken and written on a professional level to communicate with users, management, and headquarters).
